Risk Factors
Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully.
The value of an investment can fall as well as rise. Investors may lose part or all of their capital. Market movements, issuer credit quality, interest-rate changes and liquidity constraints can affect different schemes differently. International investments may also involve currency and overseas-market risks.
Past performance is not a reliable indication of future results. SIPs, STPs and SWPs are transaction facilities; they do not assure returns, protect capital or eliminate investment risk. Review the scheme Riskometer, investment objective, exit load, expenses, benchmark, portfolio and current SID, SAI and KIM before investing. Different schemes carry different risks; a higher return objective may involve higher risk.

Grievance Redressal
For a service complaint, first contact the distributor using the verified grievance details published here. Include the nature of the issue, relevant dates and any transaction reference. Keep a copy of your communication and acknowledgment. Do not disclose passwords or one-time passwords.
For scheme, folio or transaction issues, contact the relevant AMC or Registrar and Transfer Agent. If a complaint against an eligible SEBI-regulated entity remains unresolved, use SEBI SCORES. Investor Charter
This resource introduces investor protection information. It is an educational summary, not a claim that Ramesh Biswas M is a SEBI-registered intermediary in an additional category. Refer to the applicable official charter and AMC service standards for the relevant product or entity.
Investors should be able to understand the product, risks, costs and service process before deciding; obtain transaction confirmations and account information; and access an appropriate grievance route. Ask for clarification whenever a document or instruction is unclear.
Fund Selection & Suitability Policy
Mutual fund discussions should begin with the investor’s objectives, financial position, investment experience, intended holding period and ability to bear losses. A product must not be presented as suitable simply because it has performed well recently.
Review the scheme’s mandate, risk level, liquidity, costs and role alongside existing mutual fund holdings. Explain material risks, relevant alternatives and conflicts before an investor makes a decision. Recommendations incidental to distribution must not be driven by commissions.
The range considered is limited to the mutual funds with which the distributor is affiliated. Investors may also consider alternatives outside that range. The actual AMC affiliation list and documented suitability process must be supplied for this policy to become operational.
- AMC empanelment/affiliation list
- Actual suitability workflow and recordkeeping process
Client Onboarding & KYC Policy
Mutual fund onboarding requires applicable identity, address and other regulatory checks through authorized channels. The precise documents depend on the investor’s status and current AMC, RTA and KRA requirements. KYC completion does not itself mean that a scheme is suitable.
Provide accurate information, keep contact and bank details current, and review nomination choices and applicable declarations. Confirm the ARN/EUIN and Regular Plan selection before authorizing an investment.
This portfolio website should not be used to send PAN, Aadhaar, bank documents, passwords or OTPs. The verified secure onboarding channel and data-handling process must be confirmed before documents are collected.
- Approved onboarding provider
- Document collection and retention process
Rights & Obligations Of Investors
Ask for clear scheme information, material risks, charges, applicable distributor commissions and relevant conflicts. Read scheme documents and retain account statements, transaction confirmations and communications. Raise discrepancies promptly through the relevant service channel.
Provide correct KYC information, maintain current contact and bank details, understand your own investment objectives and risk capacity, and authorize transactions only after checking their details. Keep account credentials private and review your holdings periodically.
This educational summary does not replace the scheme documents or applicable legal rights. Refer to the official investor resources for more information.
Do’s and Don’ts for Investors
Do verify the distributor’s current registration, understand the scheme and plan, read the Riskometer and offer documents, compare costs, and use authorized payment and transaction channels. Preserve copies of instructions and confirmations.
Do not invest on the strength of guaranteed-return promises, social-media excitement or past performance alone. Do not sign blank forms, share passwords or OTPs, or transfer investment money to an unverified personal account.
A SIP is a method of investing, not a guarantee against loss. Seek clarification before acting if you do not understand a transaction or a claim.

These are category-level ranges, not a scheme-specific rate or a statement of the commission applicable to a particular investor. The actual rate and commission amount depend on the applicable AMC and scheme terms and the assets/transactions eligible for commission. For current scheme-wise rates and disclosures, refer to the relevant AMC and scheme documents.
Check the latest AMC commission disclosure and the relevant scheme documents. Category ranges above may not represent the current rate for a specific scheme.
Scheme Wise Commission Disclosure
The current rates received or receivable for relevant competing schemes must be presented here, with the AMC, scheme/category where appropriate, plan, commission basis, applicable period and source schedule. Publish only verified figures applicable to this distributor.
No commission rates have been supplied. There are no sample percentages because examples could be mistaken for actual charges. Request the applicable written schedule and review scheme expenses before investing. This section remains incomplete for public launch.

KIM / SID / SAI
The Scheme Information Document explains the scheme’s objective, investment approach, risks and other terms. The Statement of Additional Information contains information about the mutual fund. The Key Information Memorandum summarizes key scheme information.
Use the current AMC-issued documents together with applicable addenda. A filing repository may also contain drafts; confirm that you are reviewing the operative version for the exact scheme and plan. Read these documents before an investment decision.
Factsheet
AMC factsheets provide dated information about schemes, holdings, performance and other scheme characteristics. Check the reporting date, plan, option, benchmark and risk information; a factsheet is not a promise about future performance.
Use AMFI’s AMC-wise factsheet directory to find the relevant fund house. Read the current scheme documents as well. An AMC appearing in this directory does not mean that Ramesh Biswas M is empanelled with it.
